2 And we went aboard a ship from Adramyttium that was about to sail to the places along the coast[a] of Asia[b] and[c] put out to sea. Aristarchus, a Macedonian from Thessalonica, was with us. 3 And on the next day, we put in at Sidon. And Julius, treating Paul kindly, allowed him[d] to go to his[e] friends to be cared for.[f] 4 And from there we put out to sea and[g] sailed under the lee of Cyprus, because the winds were against us.[h]
